For the first time in 2008, we are not planning to produce printed proceedings due to production difficulties and costs. If there are sufficient papers receved in advance, we will produce a CD, and/or make them available for dowenload on our web site 

In the past we have produced a set of Proceedings, which is a bound copy of all the speakers papers which we receive. It normally runs to about 60 pages, and printed in colour.
