Up to now no Cubesats have been built in the United Kingdom but this may soon change.
AMSAT-UK sponsored two of the students to attend all three days of the recent International Space Colloquium so they could meet other satellite designers and learn from their experiences. Both of them found attending Colloquium invaluable and they left with a far clearer idea of what was involved in Amateur satellite building and how to go about it.
